Please complete the following four-page application to join Wine Women as a corporate or affiliate member. Before proceeding, please read the following instructions so you understand what information you will need to enter on each page:
Page 1 - Corporate / Affiliate company information: Please enter information about the business and the person who will be the primary contact for the corporate / affiliate membership.
Page 2 - Promotional coupon codes: Enter a promotional coupon code (if you have one), or just click continue to go to the next page.
Page 3 - Individuals covered under corporate / affiliate membership: On this page you will be asked to list all employees who should be covered under your membership. For Affiliate Members, please just enter yourself as the main employee; for corporate members, please enter yourself first as the primary $0 sub-member, then enter any additional members as Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 members as appropriate.
Page 4 - Payment (pay by credit card or check)
After you complete the application (and when payment is received) you will receive emails with links to further update your corporate and individual member profiles.

Please setup the corporate/affiliate account login at this time (this is separate from your individual membership login which will you will setup on page 3). Please note that the password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include one number.
Please make a note of your user name and password! At the end of the membership process you will be taken to a login screen where you can login to the WINE WOMEN membership portal to update your membership profile and view the member directory.
